Shinhan Machinery Industrial Co., Ltd. has rebranded as SHM in 2024, building on 40 years of rich experience and outstanding technology since introducing the extruder in 1981. This rebranding marks an important turning point to respond more flexibly and trendily to the rapidly changing market environment, allowing us to leap forward as a leader in the flexible packaging industry and to be reborn as an icon of innovation and change.

Based on 40 years of know-how, we are committed to continuously providing solutions that exceed customer expectations. To this end, we will hold an Open House on December 6, 2024 (Global Day) and on December 10 and 11 (Korea Day). This event will provide an opportunity to experience SHM’s technology and vision up close, as well as to share various information and insights.

One of the key programs of this Open House will be a live demonstration of the innovative product capabilities of the HIGH PERFORMANCE EXTRUSION LAMINATING machine. Through this demonstration, participants will be able to see firsthand how SHM’s technology meets customer demands in the rapidly changing flexible packaging market. Additionally, we will have presentations and Q&A sessions with participants to deeply share SHM’s technological strengths, services, and vision for preparing for the future of the flexible packaging industry.

Furthermore, there will be presentations on the E-SAVER, which maximizes energy efficiency, and the latest high-barrier food packaging co-extrusion coating die technology. In this session, Director Yoo Jung-kwon from Pactiv Korea and Executive Director Moon Yong-seok from Buseong Engineering will attend to engage in in-depth discussions with participants based on their expertise and experience, exchanging various opinions. This dialogue will be invaluable in understanding the latest technology trends and business strategies.
